I have been in some tough spots. Some very, very, life-risking, tough spots. Lately I’ve been unemployed for over two years. I have had to raise my bipolar meds to deal with the current situation. I have had to hotwire my mind, just to deal with my current problems. But you know what? None of it matters.
When I was younger I felt like I might eventually be homeless, due to my bipolar disorder. I thought my parents might have to throw me out of the house because I was too violent. I thought it might happen when I got much older, because I would not be able to make any money. And frankly, all of those thoughts drove me crazy.....much more than they should have.
When you walk with Jesus, you have the ultimate insurance policy! Circumstances completely fall away. The Lord is with you, He will provide for you and care for you, and nothing else matter. He is the King of this place, and through His power He will give you exactly what you are supposed to have. God wants you to be successful. He wants you to be happy. He wants you to help other people. But if you are having trouble doing that......He will still be faithful to you. He will continually send angels to help you. He will send miracle after miracle. All He asks is that you do not give up on Him!
My God is an amazing God. He has walked through walls of flames with me. He has seen me almost die by my own hand, and He still loved me. He has seen me make some very big mistakes, but He has always been willing to offer His hand to pull me back. God is the most incredible person I have ever known. Over time, He has become my best friend. He has sent angels to protect me and my family. He has given me the power to pray endlessly, for anyone who needs it, and demons are genuinely scared of me because they have thrown everything they have at me.....and it did nothing.
Take a minute. Let God know that you will never give up, regardless of circumstance. He will immediately change your life. Why?
Because He loves you and you love Him, and if you are smart about things, that will never.....ever.....change.
