It is. It always has been. If you consider it to be something else, I suggest you look closer.
I’ve been in church my whole life. I am not a convert. I am not someone who had to overcome massive faith obstacles. I started as a believer and reinforced my faith as time went on, through my own mature choices. What I became convinced of, is that Jesus really is who He says He is.
Take a minute. Imagine life without faith. Imagine life without divine support. Imagine a human without a God to take care of him. It just does not make sense! There is not a single second spent in happiness, or love, or success. Everything falls away and life becomes an abyss of tragedy. This is not speculation. This is statement of fact based on intense interaction with that which cannot be seen except through the eyes of faith in Jesus.
I was always looking for a purpose. I had school originally. Then I guess I had friends...and girlfriends later. But then in my late teens and early twenties...I needed something to do more than just college! I saw adult life on the horizon and frankly I was not so impressed. So I started a ministry that continues today. What did I learn? What do I continue to learn? If YOU have FAITH in CHRIST...you should spend as much time as you can...MINISTERING to those in countries where CHRIST is persecuted. That is how your time is best spent. Stop asking the question! Get on your pony (the Internet) and get that conversation flowing!
