The reciprocal nature of God

One hand washes the other. You work for Him, He works for you. You become a servant, He becomes a very generous master. Create a heaven for others here on Earth, and He will gladly return the favor in the next life.

I used to look at God as kind of a disciplinarian. Almost like a third parent. Someone who would crack a whip at me if I really allowed Him to. Then I realized that He had a mission, and His mission involved me. So slowly but surely I was able to figure out what He needed.

It is a very simple world. Do the right thing, get rewarded. Do the wrong thing, get punished. Of course no one is born KNOWING what the right thing is, which is why we need the church and the bible. Without the lessons, we would run around making mistakes and not even knowing it. Thankfully God saved us from that fate. Most folks catch on as they get older, even if they don't get it as kids.

Let's make a difference today, folks! Let's come together, work for some other folks, and move the world a little closer to God. My focus today is on a site called www.Kiva.org where workers in other countries rely on loans from the world to get their businesses up and running. Loans can be as small as $25. There is no profit involved in this, but it sure feels good to get someone else moving in the right direction.
